PRICING
All trade prices exclude VAT.
All retail prices include VAT at 20% where applicable.
PASSING OF PROPERTY
Goods supplied by USG Limited shall remain the property of USG Limited until payment in full of all monies owing by the Customer to USG Limited in respect of any Goods or services under any contract with the Customer has been received by USG Limited and until such time, the Customer shall hold the goods as bailee for USG Limited and acknowledges the existence of a fiduciary relationship with USG Limited in respect of the Goods.
Notwithstanding that property in any Goods has not passed to the customer, USG Limited shall be entitled to sue the Customer for the price of such Goods if not paid on the due date.
All Goods, property in which has not passed to the Customer, shall be kept stored on its premises separately from all other Goods in such a way that they can be readily identified as Goods of USG Limited and shall be insured by the Customer with a reputable insurer for no less that the invoice value of such Goods and any proceeds of such insurance shall be held in trust for USG Limited.
USG Limited shall be entitled at any time to repossess Goods which remain the property of USG Limited and the Customer hereby grants to USG Limited, its agents and servants a license to enter upon any premises where such Goods are stored or are reasonably thought to be stored for the time being for the purpose of repossessing the same and agrees to give USG Limited such assistance as USG Limited may require for such purpose.
AVAILABILITY
All goods are offered subject to availability and we cannot guarantee supply of any particular item. In the absence of instructions to the contrary, any stock items not available at the time your order is processed will be placed on backorder and will be delivered at the earliest opportunity, without prior notice.
Goods ordered but not dispatched due to account not being maintained according to our Terms & Conditions will be held at USG’s discretion. If demand exceeds supply then held stock could be made available for distribution.
CARRIAGE
Shipping is free on all parts orders above £75 excluding VAT (£90 inc) otherwise an order processing charge of £6.95 + VAT (£8.34 inc) applies.
Orders are dispatched as standard via DPD.
MAINTAINED STOCK LEVELS
We reserve the right to apply basic margin to dealers who fail to retain the agreed stock levels throughout the season and/or whose account status prevents stock in levels being maintained or fails to accept deliveries as per the agreed delivery schedule.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Pro-Forma payment is via Debit or Credit Card only.
Credit terms will only be available to accounts demonstrating a clear trading history.
No product will be shipped to overdue accounts.
Returned cheques will be subject to a £20 administration fee.
If at any point in time we need to instruct an external agent for collection purposes, the customer will be liable for any and all costs incurred.
SHORTAGES or DAMAGED GOODS
Goods should be checked in against the delivery note on arrival.
All Claims against damage or loss must be reported immediately to the carrier.
Claims to USG Limited must be made within 3 days of receipt.
After 3 days the customer accepts responsibility of damage, loss or shortage.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Any order placed for special order items (i.e. orders for non-stock items) is binding and must be accepted for delivery as soon as the goods come into stock.
EBAY/AMAZON
The listing of any USG brands on eBay or any auction style website is by specific prior permission only.
RETURNS
USG Limited does not accept returns of miss-shipped goods after 3 days of receipt. Claims made within 3 days are accepted.
Product ordered incorrectly will not be accepted for return, unless authorised by USG Limited. All other unauthorised returns are subject to a twenty five percent re-stocking fee.
WARRANTY
Warranties as stated in relevant product literature. Original receipts of purchase must be presented with all warranty claims.
DATA PROTECTION & MARKETING
If you give your consent to receive communication, you will receive marketing material which includes our newsletter, offers, events and any general information regarding USG.
If you use the USG B2B site you have given your consent to receive communication, you will receive marketing material which includes our newsletter, offers, events and any general information regarding USG.
If you decide you do not want to receive marketing communication, please note that we may still be required to send you emails regarding factual, transactions and/or servicing information.
